Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.ResponsibilitiesYour Role:This is an analytical and multi-faceted role that requires the team member to be able to analyze and maintain a range of complex bank loan security types and lifecycle events in support of loan agency administrative functions and documentation preparation.Manage multiple clients with portfolios of a syndicated and/or bilateral deal portfolio of facilities, and all activities associated therewith to properly maintain client's portfolio.Management of a team of 5-10 portfolio managersSupport and administer a syndicated and/or bilateral loan portfolioAbility to read credit agreements preferred, support software processesOversee and monitor the accurate processing new drawdowns, pay downs, and fees for syndicated and bilateral dealsEnsure all monies due and payable collected and/or reconciledCoordinate funding requirements with Treasury Desk for managed loan portfolioFull oversight of invoicing and remittance processingMaintain standard processes within a robust control environment, with an eye to continually improve or modify same to support assigned clientsSupport conduct training of new hires in standard processes including those without experience in loan servicing or portfolio managementQualificationsAbout You:4-year college degree with a minimum of 5 years' experience in asset management/portfolio monitoring.Focused, accurate and detail orientedTeam-oriented; willingness back-up and cross-train on all departmental functionsStrong communication skills, both orally and in writingExperienced in effective communication with external and internal customers; has experience interfacing with relationship managers, customers and other related departmentsMinimum of 5 years of people management experienceExperienced in maintaining a control environment and adhering to standard operation proceduresFlexible and comfortable adapting to fluid operational requirements and deliverablesSentry PM or Cassiopeia a distinct advantageOur BenefitsYour well-being is of paramount importance to us, and central to our success.
