Talent Strategy Role
This role plays a pivotal part in the design and implementation of our organisational talent strategy. The Senior Manager is responsible for creating a cohesive, agile approach to talent that aligns with business goals and objectives.
The key areas of focus include succession planning, performance management, leadership development, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), as well as employee engagement and retention.
A successful candidate will have proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing strategic talent management interventions across complex organisations. They will possess expertise across the talent life cycle, including succession, performance, leadership, development, and DEI.
The ideal candidate will be able to think strategically, identify opportunities for growth, and influence leaders to drive measurable action.
