About this Role
This position involves providing domiciliary and clinic-based services from a Community setting. You will be expected to work as a key worker for particular cases when required, offering individualized support and guidance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide planned essential services to clients at weekends and Bank holidays as rostered.
* Maintain professional and ethical standards at all times, upholding the highest level of quality care delivery within your sphere of influence.
