**Senior Quantity Surveyor Role Overview**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of the project management and quantity surveying team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality projects across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of quality projects, influencing business development direction and collaborating with directors at delivery level.
* Conduct feasibility studies, cost planning, and contract administration for major and demanding client portfolios.
* Tender documentation and final account preparation and negotiation.
Requirements:
* Chartered or working towards Chartership with 5 years post-qualification experience in PQS consultancy.
* Strong ability to work independently under director guidance and manage multiple client portfolios.
* Competence in cost planning, contract administration, and final account negotiation.
