Manufacturing Production Planner Sligo Responsibilities: Creation/implementation of Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on demand forecasts and sales orders. Translate forecasts into detailed production and capacity plans. Scheduling work orders and manufacturing activities to ensure on-time delivery. Coordinate with Manufacturing team to determine the manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to ensure capacity meets demand. Analysing production capacity, labour availability and equipment constraints. Implement load levelling and bottleneck resolution where necessary. Monitor stock levels and minimize excess/obsolete inventory. Track Work-In-Progress (WIP), raw materials and finish goods. Develop, implement and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor planning and production efficiency. Prepare and present weekly and month reports to management for continuous improvement and decision-making. Complying with companys operating standards as outlined in SOPs and employee handbook. Adhere to Plant Safety requirements and Health & Safety requirements. Other such duties as may be assigned from time to time by their manager. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Production Planning or related area or minimum of 3 years relevant experience. Experience working in a medical device environment would be an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook. Strong organizational and time management skills. Analytical thinker with attention to detail. Effective communicator and collaborator. Comfortable in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment.
