Salary: Aged Care Award - Base + 25% casual loading
This is an exciting Casual opportunity for a friendly cleaner to join our team. This role is an integral part of developing RetireAustralia to become one of the leaders in the industry, placing our residents at the centre of everything we do. Your role will embrace and support our residents with housekeeping and general domestic cleaning duties.

Working mainly across our Torrens Grove and Bartonvale Retirement Villages, thiscasualposition plays a pivotal role, prioritising the well-being of our residents above all else.
The position
Reporting to theCare Manager - SA, you will be responsible for:
* Providing high quality cleaning services in residential areas
* Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and customer service
* Reporting and recording any maintenance issues in both residential apartments and common areas
* Maintaining privacy and confidentiality
* Assisting within other areas as required
* Following all Workplace, Health and Safety standards and reporting any safety or security concerns
We’re on the lookout for someone with:
* Demonstrated similar domestic or commercial cleaning skills and experience
* Experience in working within the retirement industry an advantage
* Strong communication skills to build rapport with a diverse range of people
* Full Drivers Licence, Comprehensive Insurance and Reliable Transport
* National Police Check (or ability to obtain)
* First Aid & CPR Certificate (or ability to obtain)
* Prepared to undertake a pre-employment medical assessmentincluding Drug and Alcohol Testing
