We are working with a tier-one national law firm who are seeking a Lawyer to join their Tax team within their Dublin office.
Responsibilities
* Join a dedicated and esteemed team, working across a diverse range of Irish taxation transactional and advisory services, including tax controversy, private equity transactions, transfer pricing, and capital markets and structured finance transactions.
* Support clients in international tax and cross-border planning for corporate reorganisations, restructurings and inward investment projects into Ireland.
* Demonstrate a willingness to contribute to business development while managing client relationships.
Qualifications
* 2-5 PQE and a professional tax/accounting qualification;
* Strong background in tax and corporate law within a medium to large international or City firm;
* Outstanding academics;
* Technically excellent;
* Willingness to become involved in business development;
* Ability to work independently and as a team.
