Job Title: ICT Support Specialist
The position of ICT Support Specialist is a critical role within the organisation, responsible for ensuring the reliable operation and security of organisational applications and systems. This specialist will provide level 3 technical support, drive automation, maintain compliance with business requirements and proactively manage operational risk across availability, security and change.
This specialist will play a key role in mentoring staff and leading technical initiatives to improve operational efficiency and service delivery. They will work closely with infrastructure stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support Microsoft services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online Teams Intune Power Platform related tools
2. Manage Entra ID Azure AD on premises Active Directory ADFS Group Policy Exchange SharePoint
3. Lead system upgrades migrations implementation new solutions
4. Automate processes using PowerShell Logic Apps AI driven solutions
