Wicklow. You will be joining an established contractor who work on a diverse range of construction projects, and pride themselves on employee development.
Key Responsibilities Manage construction projects in line with company procedures and standards.
Coordinate site activities to meet programme deadlines and achieve timely project or phased handovers.
Supervise site teams, direct staff and subcontractors.
Monitor works to ensure high standards of quality and materials.
Liaise with Contracts Managers, Engineers and Services Coordinators to ensure accurate and timely site information.
Ensure all works comply with drawings, specifications, building regulations and best practice.
Review drawings and specifications, reporting any discrepancies or omissions to the design team promptly.
About You 5+ years experience in a similar position, ideally within a commercial setting Degree qualified or have a qualified trades background Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Proficient in reading drawings, managing programmes, and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
Full clean drivers licence.
Safe Pass & Manual Handling (other certs desirable: CIF, IOSH, BCAR familiarity).
