The Role
Support and assist the Accommodation Manager in the daily housekeeping operations
Supervise and support the housekeeping team, ensuring their tasks are completed to a high standard
Conduct room and public area inspections, ensuring the meet cleanliness and safety standards
Work closely with other departments (e.g. Maintenance, Front Office) to ensure guests needs are met efficiently
Respond to guest queries in a timely and professional manner
