Job Summary
The Global Supply Chain Leader will oversee the strategic planning of supply chain operations across multiple manufacturing sites and distribution centers.
Main Responsibilities:
* Contacting internal and external suppliers to coordinate product delivery, active pharmaceutical ingredients, or supporting materials.
* Supporting financial planning cycles by providing data and input for long-term supply strategies.
* Coordinating shipments and ensuring timely information sharing with stakeholders.
* Maintaining SAP and JDA systems up-to-date with latest information.
* Participating in plant meetings to review performance and implement improvements.

Requirements:
* Bachelor or Master level in Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Management.
* 3-5 years' experience in a similar environment.
* Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP.
* A team player with a focus on improvement and strong drive for results.
* High-level analytical skills.
* Excellent written and oral communication.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Proven problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
* Ability to take on leadership roles.
