We are currently seeking a temporary Administrator to support the Nursing HR Administration Team during a busy period. This role is ideal for someone available immediately and can commit to a short-term assignment.The RoleYou will provide day-to-day administrative support to a busy HR/Nursing team, ensuring records and documentation are kept up to date and queries are handled efficiently.Responsibilities:Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Nursing HR team.Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.Answer phone calls, emails, and routine queries professionally.Assist with paperwork (e.g. forms, permits, filing).Support the team with ad-hoc admin tasks as required.Requirements:Previous experience in an administration or clerical role.Comfortable using MS Word, Excel, and email systems.Well organised with good attention to detail.Able to work in a fast-paced office environment.Professional, reliable, and able to handle confidential information.Strong written and spoken English.
