With the advent of new agricultural technologies combined with the adoption of improved farm management practices our client has become a global market leader.
Due to an internal company promotion, we are now recruiting for a strong & impactful Marketing Manager to manage and develop the Irish marketing team.
You will also be responsible for leading and implementing the marketing strategy.
The Marketing Manager will interact closely with multi-discipline marketing functions including brand, digital marketing and design that bring marketing campaigns to life, educate audiences and articulate positions on industry trends.
You will have a proven track record and show excellence in collaboration and project management, setting and delivering on commercial goals, working with colleagues from across the organisation to ensure marketing activity and messages are consistent with our vision, values and our priorities.
This role would suit for anyone living in South Meath / North Kildare / Dublin West Duties to include Work closely with the different teams to drive the business strategy in Ireland.
Plan, coordinate, manage and execute high-profile events, trade-shows and sponsorship's, such as the National Ploughing Championships, Tullamore Show & international trade fairs.
Ensuring all marketing initiatives are on-brand and delivered in relevant tone of voice.
Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analysing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports.
Work closely with the teams to build relationships with customers and offer collaborative marketing support to key accounts.
Represent Ireland on the Global Marketing Leadership Team, comprised of marketing professionals across the company's international network.
Localisation and roll out of global campaigns.
Drive strategic growth of the Ireland business in conjunction with sales and leadership teams Host guests and tours of company head quarters.
Organise itineraries and farm visits for international visitors, and co-ordinate international trips for Irish customers Job requirements Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, agriculture or a related field.
At least 3 years relevant experience in business/marketing/agriculture/science.
Proficient in computer skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
Firm grasp of various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing.
