About the role
Are you looking for a Site Manager role? Interested in working for a leading Building & Civil Engineering contractor? VANRATH are recruiting a Site Manager to work for a leading Main Contractor that work on a range of Building & Civil Engineering projects.
Remuneration: €Negotiable DOE + package
Client: Our client is a leading, progressive Main Contractor that work on a range of projects across the Construction and Civil Engineering sectors.
The business has a large pipeline of work ahead; mainly new build projects up to €40m across various sectors including Residential, Education, Healthcare, Commercial and Retail sectors.
Due to their growing workload, they have a great opportunity for a Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis. They are looking for an experienced Site Manager with a track record working on a range of projects from start to finish.
Most of their work is in and around Dublin, so this opportunity will suit someone that is based in or close to Dublin.
The Ideal Person
* Track record working as the No.1 Site Manager on site
* Background working for a Main Contractor
* Experience working on new build construction projects and managing multi-disciplinary construction teams
* Sound knowledge of construction delivery within specialised sectors including Residential, Education, Healthcare, Commercial and Retail
* Previous experience in promoting and ensuring exemplary standards of health and safety on site
* Valid site cards
* Ability to commute to / work in Dublin on a regular basis
