Account Manager - Customer Value Growth



The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a passion for customer success and growth. You will be responsible for maximizing customer lifetime value through proactive renewal management and account expansion.





Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute strategic touchpoints to build trusted customer relationships, drive on-time renewals, mitigate churn risk, and position value-add solutions;



1. A minimum of 4 years of experience managing SaaS renewals in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment;
