About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with over 10 years of experience in leading complex SAP S/4HANA implementations and upgrade projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing SAP/ERP upgrade projects, preferably in highly regulated industries, and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Business planning, coordination, test management, risk management, business readiness/OCM, and business stakeholder communication throughout the upgrade lifecycle.
Preferred Experience
10+ years of SAP Project Management experience
S/4HANA Upgrade experience is a distinct advantage
Experience delivering SAP/ERP projects in highly regulated environments – must have supported life sciences, pharmaceutical, or biotech clients.
Strong background leading Supply Chain and Manufacturing workstreams within SAP implementations or upgrades.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of presenting to Site and Global leadership.
Solid understanding of SAP/ERP project methodologies, project governance, and change control processes.
Previous leadership role on an SAP/ERP project such as cutover lead, PMO lead, test lead, deployment lead etc.
Experience with multi-vendor coordination and global stakeholder alignment.
Clearly demonstrates a thorough understanding of test methodologies, manual and automated testing in accordance with best practice testing standards
Act as the primary point of contact between the program team and business owners for program requirements, testing and defect management
Experience of system implementations with complex integrations is an advantage
Understanding of SAP system architecture, infrastructure, and technical configurations.
Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, SAP Activate).
Ability to organize, define objectives and scope, identify tasks and milestones, build project schedules, identify resource needs, track project execution, & manage risks
Demonstrates a collaborative mindset, nurtures teamwork and influences cross-functionally.
