Recruiter - Talent Acquisition Lead required by our client Brightbeam, a consultancy firm that helps medium to large enterprises embed generative AI into their products, services, and processes to improve efficiency, innovation, and customer experience.

Reporting to the COO this individual will establish recruitment excellence at a pivotal moment in the teams growth.

This is a fully remote role but this person will ideally be available for team meetings in Dublin.
Responsibilities Maintain exceptional hiring standards through influence and data, partnering with Heads of Sectors and Senior Leaders to ensure every hire strengthens our capability.
Design structured assessment frameworks and role-specific work samples that predict performance, not just cultural fit.
Track and demonstrate quality metrics including 12-month retention, 90-day performance ratings, and hiring manager satisfaction.
Generate immediate pipeline from your established tech sector network, activating relationships from day one.
Connect with Dublin's tech ecosystem and beyond, positioning themselves as the destination for exceptional talent.
Maintain warm talent pools for hard-to-fill positions, nurturing relationships with passive candidates who trust your judgment.
Pioneer the use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor) for sourcing, screening and assessment design.
Automate repetitive tasks while preserving human connection where it matters most - relationship building and cultural assessment.
Design AI-powered assessment strategies that enhance prediction accuracy while reducing time-to-hire.
Use LinkedIn and other platforms to actively market themselves, creating compelling content that attracts exceptional talent.
Generate interest among both candidates and current employees through thought leadership and authentic storytelling.
Train hiring managers in structured interviewing and objective evaluation, elevating the entire organisation's hiring capability.
Transition from ***** agency/direct sourcing to ***** over 18 months through pipeline building and process optimisation.
Reduce cost-per-quality-hire through innovation and efficiency while never compromising standards.
What We Need from You Deep tech sector experience - 5+ years recruiting for technical roles with proven ability to assess engineering, AI, and consulting talent.
Strong, activatable network - Established relationships in tech/AI/consulting sectors that generate immediate pipeline, with credibility among Dublin's tech community.
Quality standards commitment - Track record of maintaining exceptional hiring standards even under pressure, with examples of pushing back when quality was at risk.
High-volume excellence - Experience managing ***** simultaneous searches while maintaining exceptional candidate experience and quality outcomes.
Partnership building - Experience working with technical hiring managers, understanding their needs while maintaining quality standards.
AI tool experimentation - Genuine enthusiasm for using AI tools in recruitment, with hands-on experience or strong willingness to experiment with ChatGPT, Claude, and emerging tools.
Automation mindset - Understanding of where AI adds value versus human judgment, with ability to design hybrid processes that leverage both.
Marketing comfort - Confidence using LinkedIn and social platforms to build employer brand, create content, and engage passive candidates publicly.
Data-driven approach - Ability to track, analyse, and present recruitment metrics that demonstrate quality and efficiency improvements.
