Stock Replenishment Executive
We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Administrator/ Stock Replenishment Executive to join our clients' team in County Cavan. This is a full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintaining stock levels of fast-moving items.
* Providing accurate quotes to customers.
* Resolving day-to-day customer enquiries.
* Part sourcing and collecting parts from local suppliers.
* General administration tasks as required.
* Managing customer orders from initial enquiry to delivery.
* Creating and maintaining efficient management reports.
* Negotiating with suppliers and managing relationships.
* Maintaining ERP systems and contributing to continuous improvement processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong product knowledge for MRO and engineering consumables.
* Excellent sales and customer relationship development skills.
* Strong negotiating and purchasing skills.
* Methodical and well-organized, with strong knowledge of management systems.
* A current driving license.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and IT literate.
