As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a Junior Sales and Administration Assistant to join our team.
About the role
The Junior Sales and Administration Assistant plays a vital role in supporting our sales, administration, and operational functions. This is a dynamic, multi-disciplinary position that involves direct client interaction, administrative responsibilities, and collaboration with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery. This ideal candidate will start off as an administration executive.
Responsibilities
* Perform administrative tasks for an assigned sales executive such as monitoring flights, booking accommodations, and coordinating transportation quotes and bookings.
* Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, resolving issues efficiently.
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales Director.
* Manage and close sales with assigned clients under supervision.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of destinations and services offered.
* Collaborate with internal departments, including operations and accounts, to enhance client satisfaction and integrate feedback effectively.
Location & Commitments
* Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract
* Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30
* Location: Dublin office
* Additional Commitments: Extra hours may be required during peak periods.
Candidate Requirements
* Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport, actively listen, and communicate effectively with clients.
* A proactive, self-starter approach with the ability to problem solve, identify opportunities and take initiative.
* At least 1 year sales experience.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, Email).
* Excellent organisational and time management skills to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
* Must have legal authorsation to work in Ireland without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
