About the Role
We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our Analytics & Insights team. In this role, you will play a key part in transforming raw data into actionable insights that guide strategic decisions across the business. From building dashboards to uncovering trends in performance, you will help us create a strong data-driven foundation to support Scarpel's rapid growth.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with complex datasets, has an eye for detail, and can tell compelling stories with data.
Key Responsibilities
* Create business reports, dashboards, graphs, and visualizations.
* Build and optimize data workflows, pipelines, and automation to improve efficiency.
* Gather, document, and validate data requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Monitor and audit data quality to maintain high standards of accuracy.
* Analyze and interpret large, complex datasets to deliver clear insights.
* Produce engaging data visualizations and reports using SuperSet, Power BI, and SQL, presenting findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Apply statistical techniques and analytical methods (with Python) to answer business questions and provide actionable insights.
* Support the development of segmentation models and performance metrics that drive strategic decisions.
What You Bring
* 3+ years of proven experience working with large and complex datasets.
* Strong technical foundation with:
* Databases: Oracle, Clickhouse.
* BI Tools: SuperSet (Tableau or Power BI a plus).
* Programming: Python for statistical analysis (machine learning knowledge is a plus, but not required).
* Ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights through data storytelling and presentation.
