They are now recruiting a Project Manager to join their commercial team at their Head Office inBalbriggan, Co. Dublin.This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career as a key member of a growing organisation.Reporting to the Department Head, you will provide regular project updates to Senior Management and play a key role in supporting the effective operation of the wider business.Key Responsibilities:Lead project planning and coordinate internal resources.Manage multiple projects and maintain oversight across all stages.Ensure clear communication with clients and internal teams through regular reporting.Manage project risk, budgets, and commercial performance in collaboration with the Quantity Surveyor.Identify and resolve issues that could impact programme, cost, or quality.Ensure smooth transition from tender and order stage through to final handover and financial close-out.Ideal Candidate:Proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Strong communicator who builds effective relationships at all levels.Confident decision-maker with a solutions-focused mindset.Able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.Committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.Requirements:Degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or related discipline.Minimum 4 years' experience in a Project Management role.Façade coordination experience is an advantage.Experience using 3D modelling for coordination is an advantage.Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and project planning software (MS Project or Asta).For more information or to apply, please contact: Aoife ReganEmail:Phone: (
