We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our day-to-day HR function.

* Provide operational HR support across all areas of the hotel, fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring the organisation attracts, develops and retains top talent.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the HR function within the hotel, collaborating with senior management to align HR strategy with business goals.
* Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure the best candidates are hired.
* Advise and support managers on employee relations, performance management and HR policies.
* Develop and implement training initiatives to support staff growth and succession planning.
* Ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation and company HR policies.
* Manage employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
* Maintain accurate HR records, reports and systems.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in HR management, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
* Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* CIPD qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and support managers.
* Candidates must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
