Overview
A global health technology company in the clinical trials space is hiring an Enterprise Solutions Delivery Manager to drive adoption, integrations, and product change across large enterprise customers.
This is a senior, customer facing delivery role sitting between Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Go to Market. You will own the operational rollout of product changes, ensure enterprise readiness, and remove friction from adoption at scale.
The role suits someone comfortable operating at the intersection of technology, customer outcomes, and execution.
Responsibilities
* Own enterprise product change management from impact assessment through rollout
* Partner with enterprise customers to support adoption, integrations, validation readiness, and UAT
* Act as the bridge between Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to ensure real world value
* Drive adoption of self service workflows and enterprise integrations
* Identify and remove friction points blocking customer adoption
* Lead integration enablement across enterprise sponsor systems
* Translate technical changes into clear customer facing messaging and operational playbooks
* Build structured readiness plans aligned to SDLC and CI CD pipelines
* Identify opportunities for automation, standardisation, and operational efficiency
* Gather feedback and write high quality PRDs for Engineering prioritisation
* Use product analytics and in app insights to guide data driven recommendations
* Own enablement assets including release notes, training materials, and sandbox environments
* Maintain demo and early access environments for training and previews
* Support study level configuration and change requests aligned to contractual requirements
* Document configuration standards, guardrails, and operational implications
Requirements
* 5 plus years in technical project management, change management, product enablement, or SaaS operations
* Proven experience leading cross functional change initiatives end to end
* Strong PRD writing and requirements gathering capability
* Experience using product analytics or in app guidance tools to measure adoption
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Comfortable influencing Product, Engineering, and GTM teams
* Strong organisational skills and ability to operate under tight deadlines
Desirable
* Experience in clinical research, life sciences, or regulated environments
* Knowledge of clinical trial operations or sponsor workflows
* Exposure to change management frameworks such as ADKAR or Prosci
* Experience with Jira, Confluence, release management, or feature flagging
* Background in Professional Services, Customer Success, or Product Operations
