Front Office Manager Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the day-to-day Front Office operations at our hotel in Galway.
This key leadership role involves ensuring seamless check-in/check-out procedures, handling guest queries and complaints efficiently, and maintaining accurate balances.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* At least 2-3 years of experience in Front Office Management within a high-end hospitality environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A relevant degree in Hospitality or a related field
* Proficiency in Hotsoft PMS and MS Office packages
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage Front Desk activities and guest inquiries
* Conduct duties in accordance with statutory, health, and safety regulations
* Support Team Member induction, training, and supervision
* Monitor customer feedback and respond accordingly
* Lead the Reception Team to maintain high standards of guest satisfaction
