Project Readiness Specialist
This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth execution of projects. The Project Readiness Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage project readiness deliverables.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage project readiness deliverables across cross-functional teams for medium to large-scale projects.
* Establish effective communication with the project leader and sponsor.
* Assist in determining budgets to support project requirements.
* Identify and escalate risks, with mitigation strategies in place to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
* Utilize project tools such as Microsoft Project and FPX to drive successful project management.
* Apply strong technical writing skills to create clear, detailed documentation and reports.
