Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Service Technician to join our dynamic team at K&D Flow Pumps Ltd.
In this role, you will be required to install, maintain and repair a variety of water pumps and treatment systems.
Responsibilities
Perform regular maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software issues in equipment.
Document all service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role, preferably in a related industry.
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, with a focus on troubleshooting and repair.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
Basic plumbing skills essential.
Advantageous Technical Skills
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment for troubleshooting
Experience with various types of machinery and equipment relevant to the industry
Knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring and circuit analysis
Soft Skills and Cultural Fit
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks
A proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
Fluent in English language is essential.
