Exceptional candidates without formal qualifications but with relevant experience may be considered.Skills & Competencies:Knowledge of governance frameworks, regulatory supervision, and decision-making processes.Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills for executive-level papers.Understanding of risk, controls, and issue management concepts.Proficiency in stakeholder management and Microsoft Office.
