Job Description
We are looking for a talented individual to lead all aspects of HR operations and strategic HR delivery across our diverse business units. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and implementing HR strategies and projects, leading and mentoring HR teams, taking ownership of employment relations and industrial relations issues, overseeing compensation and benefits, recruitment and training programs, and implementing HR cultural initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A third-level degree qualification in HR, business studies or a relevant discipline
* 4-5+ years of relevant HR experience, ideally gained in an HR leadership role
* Excellent IT skills including a high level of ability in Microsoft applications
* Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to lead teams and deliver on HR projects and initiatives
* Experience working in a unionized environment would be an advantage
