Our Sales & Advisory team play a key role in supporting this vision.
Key Accountabilities
Welcome and assist all customers visiting the branch.
Process payments, withdrawals, lodgements, and other day-to-day banking transactions at the cash desk.
Support customers in setting up and maintaining accounts.
Handle enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Promote appropriate financial products and services to meet customer needs.
Direct customers to the right colleague for specialised financial queries.
Assist customers with IT systems for updating account details.
Complete general administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
