Financial Controller - Hotel
As the head of the Finance function, you will assume full responsibility for day-to-day financial operations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee the finance function to ensure timely presentation of management information and reports
* Evaluate controls and policies to guarantee adherence
* P prepare monthly management accounts, annual budgets, and rolling forecasts to inform business decisions
* Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow statements and rolling forecasts to optimize liquidity
* Supervise the accounts department, overseeing cash, bank, debtors, creditors, and payroll processes
* Conduct thorough balance sheet reviews, reconcile transactions, process vouchers, and manage deposits
* Maintain accurate Fixed Asset Registers and report on Capital Expenditure
Key Skills: Qualified accountant with excellent interpersonal skills, organized, systematic, deadline-driven, analytical, detail-oriented, proficient in Excel, and experienced with multiple systems.
