Business Relationship Manager
for a
pharmaceutical company in Clondalkin
Description of Duties:
Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy clients and partners
Support procurement and inventory management feedback
Drive sales for Navi products/services (Axium, Franchise, DispenSense, TillSense, etc.)
Collaborate with marketing and sales for tailored strategies
Improve commercial terms with partners where possible
Manage contracts and legal documentation
Communicate customer needs across teams and ensure follow-up
Report on pricing, volume trends, and market insights
Ensure high customer satisfaction through process reviews
Align internal goals with company KPIs
Lead continuous improvement in sales and operations
Execute strategic plans in line with company objectives
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or similar
Background in healthcare/pharma essential; retail/service is a plus
Strong pharmacy sector relationships
Focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Team player with stakeholder management abilities
Excellent organization and conflict resolution skills
Full clean driving licence
Field and office-based as required
