We are seeking an experienced Culinary Professional to join our team as a Commis Chef. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing meal ingredients, setting up for lunch and dinner, and ensuring that food is delivered on time.
Main Responsibilities:
* Prepare meal ingredients, including washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits
* Daily preparation of fresh sandwiches and soups
* Set up for lunch and dinner according to Chef de Parties instruction
* Ensure that food from own station is delivered on time
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a kitchen environment or suitable qualification
* Knowledge of food health and safety regulations
* Culinary school diploma or equivalent qualification or current student of Culinary Arts
* Passion and genuine interest in food
* Flexibility in working hours
