Cluster Hotel Sales Manager We are currently recruiting for a Cluster Sales Manager for our client.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, sales focus manager to lead the team in several properties.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the Irish hotel market at a senior level.
As the Cluster Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative sales and strategies to maximize revenue, and manage relationships with clients and partners.
Responsibilities: Building and managing relationships with clients.
Building and managing relationships with key Operators.
Creating sales strategy for corporate sales and meeting & events in the property.
Manage the Sales and Events teams, driving individual development, achieving individual KPIs, team goals and revenue targets.
Establishing a positive and cohesive team culture.
Responsible for driving revenue across all segments, achieving revenue targets.
Identifying new business, securing groups, contracting transient accounts, and developing established key accounts.
Attend and manage the sales & marketing teams attendance at tradeshows, industry events, hosting FAM & press trips and arranging client hotel events, as and when required.
