ClientA public sector body based in Dublin.Role and Responsibilities:An experienced IT Project Manager is required to join the IT & Telecoms department and support the management of the Portfolio of Projects. These projects will be mostly in the area of Cyber SecurityResponsibilities:Work within the Group IT&T team to support the management of the project portfolioManage projects according to the company PMO Standard Operating ProceduresManage multiple projects where required.Set project specific and realistic goals and objectivesBuild out project plans, assumptions, budgets, schedules, deliverables, milestonesCoordinate and schedule resources across multiple teamsWork with suppliers to coordinate and schedule third party resourcesManage and track all project activityMonitor progress of projects and provide regular scheduled project reportsEnsure project delivery timelines are metMaintain RAID Logs for all assigned projectsManage and escalate Risks and IssuesDevelop risk mitigation strategies to manage project risksEnsure all Change Management and Quality Assurance standards are metManage Sponsors and Stakeholders expectationsAttend and host weekly project meetingsAttend and host daily stand ups, weekly PMO team meetings and weekly and monthly Project Review MeetingsProvide feedback for process improvementRequirementsRelevant degree in the fields of IT Project ManagementPRINCE2 CertificationMinimum 3 years' experience in the fields of IT Project Management.
