Large-Scale Project Manager
The ideal candidate will oversee all financial, contractual, and commercial aspects of complex civil, structural, and architectural packages within a renewables business unit.
* Commercial Oversight: Facilitate internal and client meetings, provide detailed reports on project commercial status, and manage contract obligations.
* Budgeting & Cost Control: Skilled in budget development, BOQ preparation, and profit planning. Issue interim and final accounts and manage accurate monthly progress applications (remeasures, dayworks, claims).
* Subcontractor Management: Manage all subcontractor accounts, including interim valuations, final accounts, and ensuring timely payment processing and retention administration.
* Risk Identification: Identify and promptly report potential commercial risks to senior management.
* Compliance: Maintain strict information security and adhere to the organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS).
