Key Responsibilities as a Manager
Lead and inspire trust through transparent communication with teams and stakeholders.
Anticipate and address stakeholder needs proactively.
Tackle ambiguous and unstructured business challenges with confidence.
Navigate the path between big-picture strategy and detailed management processes and controls.
Apply and share technical expertise in your area of specialism.

Qualifications
Degree-qualified or equivalent with relevant professional qualifications (e.g., Professional Diploma in Compliance, PRMIA).
Minimum of 5 years in a similar consultancy environment or in a financial services company with strong experience in risk or regulatory compliance.
Experience of the regulatory framework and working in a compliance/risk department of an authorised firm.
Your Knowledge and Skills
Knowledge of the financial services industry.
Cross-financial-sector experience is an advantage.
Understanding of relevant key risk and regulatory issues.
Ability to develop proactive and constructive recommendations.
Proficiency in operational processes and systems, with an appreciation of the concept of controls and risk management.
Ability to understand/interpret new and existing regulatory requirements.
Effective communication and report-writing skills.
Strong time-management and organisational skills.
Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Quick to take and understand a brief.
Ability to deal with ambiguity and autonomy.
