HR Administrator - Fluent Spanish | Dublin | Hybrid | €45,000 + Benefits
We're hiring an experienced and proactive
HR Administrator
to join a dynamic HR team within a global spirits business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Spanish-speaking HR professional to take ownership of key operational processes, contribute to international HR projects, and support a people-first culture in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What you'll be doing:
You'll be a key point of contact for HR administration across the EMEA and APAC regions,
supporting the HR Director and wider business with:
* End-to-end recruitment coordination: briefing recruiters, interview scheduling, psychometric testing, and offer administration
* Drafting contracts and employee documentation
* Managing the probation process for new hires
* Maintaining and championing the HRIS (iGrow), ensuring accurate workflows and data integrity
* Coordinating monthly payroll changes with external payroll partners
* Supporting key annual HR cycles - including performance reviews, salary reviews, and bonus processing
* Handling day-to-day employee queries on policies, leave, payroll, and hybrid working
* Managing desk booking and leave systems
* Keeping regional org charts up to date
* Supporting employee meetings with note-taking and admin follow-up
What we're looking for:
* Fluent Spanish speaker
* both written and verbal (essential)
* Minimum
2 years' experience in HR administration
, ideally in a multinational or regional setting
* Strong working knowledge of
Microsoft Office
* Experience with
HRIS systems
* SuccessFactors preferred
* CIPD qualification (or working towards) a plus
* Exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a discreet, collaborative working style
* Confidence working remotely across different markets and time zones
