Parker Stewart is working exclusively with a leading equipment company who is urgently seeking an experienced sales executive for the Munster region.
Job Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Munster region.
* Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business growth.
* Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials.
* Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
* Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
* Attend industry events and trade shows to represent Sleator Plant and promote products.
* Participate in professional development and training to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction or plant hire industry.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build rapport and relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.
Experience:
* Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a related field.
* Experience in account management and customer relationship building.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
