The role you will be applying for is that of an Assistant Support Worker or Social Care Worker, depending on your qualifications. As an Assistant Support Worker, you do not need any formal qualifications as we will provide all necessary training. However, as a Social Care Worker, you must have a Level 7/8 degree in Social Care or Healthcare or related discipline and be registered with CORU.
Here are some of the key responsibilities associated with this role:
* Support people with their daily plans.
* Assist individuals whilst they are out in the community.
* SUPPORT people WITH THEIR EDUCATION SKILLS DEVELOPMENT AND ACHIEVING PERSONAL OUTCOMES
