We are delighted to be growing our management team to help us to continue to thrive.The Gastropub, Courtyard & Loft event space benefitted from over €1m in renovations over the last 3 years and is now pushing on to the next level of trading. The Gastropub has a dining capacity of 65 covers, and a further 20 for drinks. The Courtyard has recently opened and increases dining capacity to 110 and drinks capacity to 50. The Purty Loft which hosts an array of events each week, has a capacity of up to 270 guests depending on the style of the event.The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of day to day management of this expansive and dynamic venue includingrecruitment and staff trainingbar & restaurant managementproviding the highest level of hospitality to our guestsworking with bar & kitchen departments to create and improve menu offerings to best suit the guestsScheduling, ordering and general administrative dutiesHands on management of the guest experienceReport directly to the general manager and the directors of the businessThis is a full time position in an historic yet progressive company.
