EMEA Payroll Specialist Role

The Job
As the EMEA Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for processing and managing multi-country payroll for the EMEA region. You will work closely with key stakeholders, including HR and finance teams, to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
* Process and manage multi-country payroll for the EMEA region.
* Coordinate all incoming payroll data in conjunction with our service model.
* Maintain accurate employee records and handle all third-party remittances.
* Manage employee records within our time and labor management system for accurate payment processing.
* Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports (e.g., gross payroll, hours worked, tax deductions).
* Respond to and resolve all employee inquiries, providing high-quality customer service.
* Assist in year-end payroll balancing and reporting.
* Ensure internal audit requests related to payroll are met.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates with:
* A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in full-cycle payroll processing for a medium to large organization.
* Technical skills in MS-Office, especially Excel, and SAP experience is required.
* ADP Streamline experience is highly advantageous.
In addition to technical skills, we require strong analytical skills, a meticulous eye for detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Proven communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.
