Key Responsibilities:
liaise closely with orthopedic consultants regarding patient progress
liaising closely with healthcare professionals including GPs and Public Health Nurses (PHN's)
supporting staff through education, training & specialist nursing expertise
developing coordinated services for optimal continuity of care for spinal disorder patients
