The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, strong IT skills, and experience in a fast-paced environment. A degree qualification in HR or Business Studies is essential. Additional qualifications such as CIPD would be highly advantageous.
* Covering duties including taking ownership of specific aspects of recruitment, resolving employee relations queries & issues, supporting training & L&D programme delivery across the site
