Your new role As a Financial Accountant, you will play a key role in the finance team, working closely with management and stakeholders across the business. Your responsibilities will include: Completing monthly balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring accuracy Preparing regulatory returns and supporting quarterly reporting processes Assisting with audits and statutory accounts preparation Driving process improvements and strengthening financial controls Building strong relationships across internal teams and external auditors What you'll need to succeed To excel in this role, you will bring: Professional qualification: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA (fully qualified) with at least 2-3 years of PQE in industry You must have experience working in a similar role in the Financial Services industry - other industries will not be considered. Previous experience working in Audit in Big Four or Top 10 practice is a plus. Experience reviewing and implementing improved financial control processes in a previous role.
