Our Housekeeping team is responsible for maintaining more than 700 units of accommodation; from apartments and penthouses to Lodges and Treehouses and for looking after our public areas and office spaces, so no two days are the same. That's why it's the largest team on each Village.Join our Housekeeping team today and ensure families can enjoy quality time together in the comfort of their accommodation.HOUSEKEEPING TRAINING COORDINATOR | €16.76 per hourReporting to the Accommodation Services Manager, we are looking for an experienced Training Coordinator to provide all training needs and support to the Housekeeping Managers and Housekeeping department.Responsibilities will include:Training of staff in liaison with Housekeeping ManagersCarrying out departmental Induction TrainingOrganising and documenting legal training in line with company requirementsCarrying out corrective training as requiredEnsuring that training records / logbooks are completed and kept up-to-dateAssisting with the recruitment process of housekeeping staffPlease note that to apply for a role with us, you must be able to reliably commute to Center Parcs Longford Forest, as it is not easily accessible by public transport. If you plan to use public transport, please follow this link for a realistic overview of your commute: Plan Your JourneyHOURS OF WORKYou will be contracted to work 120 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period.Your working hours will typically be Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis with a premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday.ABOUT YOUEssential requirements:Sociably confident with excellent skills and the ability to support, develop and lead a teamKnowledge and experience using Microsoft, Excel and OutlookDeliver on the job training and a good awareness of general workplace health and safetyGood communication / organisational skillsHave a motivational approach towards colleagues and workEmpathetic and supportive approachDesirable requirements:Managerial / supervisory experienceSupervisory / training experience within the cleaning or hospitality industryABOUT THE BENEFITSCenter Parcs is a fantastic place to work and the benefits are as impressive as they are unique.
