Fexco Managed Services is seeking full-time Customer Service Advisors to join our outsourcing division in Kerry, working on-site in Killorglin.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide relevant advice to customers via phone, email, and webchat
* Stay up-to-date with product, service, and customer information through our knowledge base
* Effectively manage a customer database through accurate data entry
* Demonstrate a strong customer focus at all times
* Investigate and resolve customer queries through first contact resolution where possible

We are looking for individuals who are customer-focused, team-oriented, enthusiastic, motivated, and enjoy working in a target-driven environment. Strong computer skills are also essential.
