Occupli is currently partnering with a leading residential contractor to appoint an experienced EHS Manager to oversee health, safety, and environmental standards across multiple active housing developments in the Cork region.This is a residentially focused role, and we are specifically seeking candidates with a proven track record in low- to mid-rise housing projects. Applicants must have direct experience working with Irish contractors or developers on residential builds.Please note: candidates whose experience is primarily within pharma, manufacturing, data centres, or heavy industrial environments will not be considered.Cork-based projectsCandidates must be locally based or willing to relocateKey ResponsibilitiesLead and manage EHS compliance across multiple live residential construction sitesWork closely with site management teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to promote a strong safety cultureEnsure full compliance with Irish HSA legislation and regulatory requirementsSupport and fulfil PSCS-related duties where requiredConduct site audits, risk assessments, and incident investigationsMaintain a visible, hands-on presence across sitesRequirementsProven experience as an EHS Manager or Senior EHS Lead within residential constructionStrong knowledge of Irish health & safety legislation and best practiceDemonstrated experience working on housing developments (essential)Ability to manage EHS across multiple sites simultaneouslyExcellent communication skills with a proactive, site-first approach
