DesignBuild Search is currently working on a Senior Project Manager vacancy for a global construction and engineering company with mulitple offices across Ireland.
Job Description
The Senior PM will be based in either Dublin, Cork, or GalwayYou will be working on large scale, multi-sector construction projects for high-profile clients.There is a large client-facing component to the role.The role will cover projects through the whole project lifecycle.You will be expected to handle multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.You will be working closely with an Associate Director / Project Director to complete capital investment programs.
Qualifications10+ years total construction industry experience.Degree in a Construction, Engineering, Architecture, QS, or similar.Postgrad qualification in Project Management (completed, working towards, or desire to undertake).Will have worked on building projects - not infrastructure.Ideally will have significant consultancy side experience.Significant Design Management & Client Facing experienceChartered status or working towardsExperience working with both Public & Private sector clients.
Additional InformationSalary minimum €65k but can go up to €80-90k for people with the right experience.25 days annual leave, pension, healthcare, life assurance, professional membership fees, and more.Progression to Associate level.Good flexible working arrangements possible.
