I am hiring a Senior Engineer for a leading developer in Dublin, working on a large scale housing development.This role offers the opportunity to lead high-quality residential projects, ensuring technical excellence, safety, and timely delivery. Responsibilities Manage health & safety on site and ensure compliance with all regulations. Review and comment on design drawings; raise RFIs as needed. Participate in design team meetings, ensuring review and closeout of design issues. Communicate approved technical submittals to trades and finishing teams. Monitor programme progress and proactively address potential delays. Manage and coordinate subcontractors and service providers to meet testing and commissioning timelines. Ensure quality control of subcontractor work and suppliers, and adherence to building regulations and project standards. Inspect works continuously, raise and resolve issues promptly. Champion internal quality management systems and DMS (Zutec) implementation, including BCAR compliance. Lead temporary works management and oversee third-party stakeholders Advise on tender packs, monitor subcontractor programmes, coordinate trades, and resolve roadblocks. Mentor and manage direct reports, providing leadership and development plans. Chair site and construction team meetings. Promote a best-in-class customer experience and represent the developer positively. Requirements Minimum of 5 years relevant experience. HETAC Level 8 Engineering qualification. Ability to deliver demanding time and quality targets. Strong communication skills, both spoken and written. Salary & Benefits €75k - €85k + DOE Bonus Pension scheme with matching contributions.
