Support Worker Role
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our residential service in Longford, supporting individuals with disabilities. The role involves providing high-quality care, promoting independence and person-centred planning, and contributing to the day-to-day running of the service.
A successful candidate will have a minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care or a relevant area, along with a clear understanding of person-centred care and keyworking. They should also have working knowledge of HIQA policies and procedures, as well as Children's First guidelines and procedures.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing direct support to service users
* Developing and implementing person-centred care plans
* Conducting risk assessments and safeguarding young people in care
